We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

For US:

  • For a T-shirt: $4.99 shipping
  • Orders over $65: Free shipping

Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days

For Canada:

  • For a T-shirt: $9.99 shipping
  • Orders over $65: Free shipping

Estimated delivery time: 5–17 business days


Q: How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A:
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

After this period, your order may already be in production and can no longer be canceled. Since our products are custom-made, we recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Q: Can I change my item, size, or design after placing an order?

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at:

  • If your order has not entered production, we will do our best to update it
  • If production has already started, changes may not be possible

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A:
Delivery time includes:

  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days
  • US Shipping Time: 3–4 business days
  • Canada Shipping Time: 5–15 business days

Q: What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at:

We will resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.


Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will offer a replacement or refund.


Q: Can I return an item if I don’t like it?

Because all our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was sent
  • There is an issue caused by us

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?

A:

  • Refund processing: 3–5 business days after approval
  • Bank processing time: 5–30 business days depending on your payment provider
